Secretarial ComplianceThe National E-Governance Services Ltd (NeSL) on April 02, 2026, issued a circular regarding SHCIL e-Stamping System Downtime.

The following has been stated: -

•SHCIL e-Stamping service will be unavailable on April 04, 2026, from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM due to maintenance. 

•Users are advised to plan their DDE transactions accordingly. 

•DDE services will remain operational for certain GRAS states during this period.

•These states include Bihar, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Telangana, and West Bengal.
