The NSE Clearing Limited (NCL) on April 01, 2026, issued a circular regarding Due Date Rates (DDR) for Monthly Electricity Futures in the Commodity Derivatives Segment. This is in continuation of earlier circulars on the final settlement procedure for electricity futures contracts.
The DDR for the futures contract expired on March 30, 2026, has been determined for the commodity ELECMBL (Monthly Electricity Futures). The final settlement price has been fixed at 3911.00 per MWh, with a base quantity of 1 MWh.
This rate will be used for final settlement of the expired contract as per the prescribed DDR mechanism.
