Secretarial ComplianceThe National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) on April 02, 2026, issued a circular mandating quarterly cyber incident reporting by trading members under the Cyber Security & Cyber Resilience Framework for SEBI Regulated Entities (REs), in line with applicable regulatory guidelines.

Trading members are required to submit details of cyber incidents for the quarter ending March 31, 2026, through the member portal on or before April 15, 2026. The reporting must be done via the specified portal path, and for any immediate cyber incidents, members must follow the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) prescribed earlier.

Non-submission or delayed submission of the report will attract disciplinary action/penalties as per applicable exchange circulars. Support for reporting-related queries is available through the designated NSE email channel.
