Industry Specific ComplianceThe Reserve Bank of India (RBI) on April 01, 2026, updated the Reserve Bank of India (Regional Rural Banks – Responsible Business Conduct) Directions, 2025.

The following has been stated:

• In paragraph 4, the definition shall be inserted after sub-paragraph 4(10) with effect from April 01, 2026. 

• The paragraphs 137 to 143 has been Replaced with effect from April 1, 2026.
