The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on April 01, 2026, notified regarding the FATF Public Statements after February 2026 Plenary.
With reference to the FATF Public Statement (February 2026 Plenary) on high-risk jurisdictions and those under increased monitoring, members are required to update and submit actions taken in the prescribed format.
The declaration must be submitted electronically through BEFS (BSE Electronic Filing System) between April 1, 2026 and April 23, 2026. Submissions must be properly signed (physically on letterhead or digitally by authorized signatory/compliance officer) to be considered valid.
Failure to submit or delay in submission will attract disciplinary action as per earlier exchange notice. Members are advised to follow the prescribed procedure and ensure timely compliance.
