Industry Specific Compliance The Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (MoCF) on April 02, 2026, issued amendments to the Morpholine (Quality Control) Order, 2020.

The following amendments have been stated:

In the Morpholine (Quality Control) Order, 2020, in paragraph 2, the following proviso shall be inserted, namely:-

“Provided that to prevent any disruption of supply chain of the said goods or article, the conformation to such Indian Standard shall not be applicable for the period from the 1st April, 2026 to 1st July, 2026”.
