The Multi Commodity Exchange Clearing Corporation Limited (MCX) on April 02, 2026, issued the notification regarding the SEBI Annual Clearing Membership fees payable by the Clearing Members for the Financial Year 2026-2027.
The following has been stated namely: -
• Clearing Members of MCXCCL must pay SEBI Annual Clearing Membership fee of ₹50,000 + GST for each financial year as per SEBI regulations, 2026.
• The fee for FY 2026–27 will be auto-debited in April 2026 from settlement bank accounts, members must maintain sufficient balance.
• Delay or non-payment will attract interest at 15% per annum for the period of delay.
