The Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) on April 02, 2026, issued a circular regarding completion of mandatory courses and comprehensive assessment on the IGOT Karmayogi platform for the year 2025-20.
The following has been stated: -
•Central Government employees are required to complete mandatory courses and a comprehensive assessment on the IGOT Karmayogi platform for 2025–26.
•All ESIC officers/officials must complete at least 50% of prescribed courses before April 30, 2026, or before submission of APARs, whichever is earlier.
•The list of applicable courses is provided by the Ministry of Labour & Employment for guidance.
•Completion status will be reflected in the Annual Performance Appraisal Reports (APARs).
•Controlling Officers are directed to ensure awareness and closely monitor compliance.
