Finance & Taxation ComplianceThe Bengal Chamber of Commerce and Industry, on March 23, 2026, issued a notification regarding the procedure for filing claims under the RELIEF Components for ECGC Policyholders.

The following has been stated: -

•ECGC policyholders can submit claims through the Policy Claim Module by logging into the ECGC portal, while non-policyholder exporters must first register and complete KYC to file claims under RELIEF Component III.

•Exporters need to provide details like IEC, PAN, UDYAM, and bank information during registration to generate login credentials.

•Claims must be filed separately for each shipping bill through the portal.

•Required documents include IEC/MSME certificates, invoices, shipping and transport details, proof of extra surcharges, buyer correspondence, payment proof, and bank realization details.
