Commercial Compliance The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) on April 02, 2026, issued extension in Minimum Import Price (MIP) Condition of specific items covered under Chapter 48 of ITC HS, 2022, Schedule -I (Import Policy).

The Central Government hereby extends the Minimum Import (MIP) condition of specific items covered under Chapter 48 of ITC HS, 2022, Schedule -I (Import Policy), for a period of 1 month i.e. from March 31, 2026 to April 30, 2026 with all other terms and conditions remain same as in the Notification No. 26/2025-26 dated August 22, 2025.
