Secretarial ComplianceThe Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on April 07, 2026, notified regarding the SEBI Annual Clearing Membership fees payable by the Clearing Members for the Financial Year 2026-27.

The Indian Clearing Corporation Limited (ICCL) has informed clearing members that, as per Schedule V of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Stock Brokers) Regulations, 1992, an annual SEBI membership fee of ₹50,000 plus GST is payable for each financial year during the validity of registration.

The fee is applicable across Equity, Currency, Interest Rate, Debt, and Commodity Derivatives segments. However, clearing members in the Debt segment are exempt if they are already paying the fee under any other derivatives segment. As per SEBI’s July 18, 2022 circular, the fee attracts 18% GST, making the total payable ₹59,000.

For FY 2026–27, ICCL will debit ₹59,000 on April 22, 2026 from the clearing members’ settlement bank accounts. Members must ensure sufficient funds are maintained. Any delay or non-payment will attract interest at 12% per annum for the period of default, in accordance with applicable regulations.
