The National Commodity & Derivatives Exchange Limited (NCDEX) on April 07, 2026, issued a circular regarding FATF Public statement on jurisdictions on call for action and increased monitoring – February 2026 Plenary.
The following has been stated: -
•This circular refers to earlier NCDEX directions on FATF public statements concerning high-risk jurisdictions (February 2026 Plenary).
•Members are required to submit details of actions taken regarding such jurisdictions via the WEB NCFE portal under the Compliance section.
•The deadline for submission is April 23, 2026.
•Failure to submit or delay in submission will attract disciplinary action as per the prescribed penalty framework.
•Members are advised to ensure timely compliance with all regulatory requirements.
