Secretarial ComplianceThe Indian Clearing Corporation Limited (ICCL) on April 07, 2026, issued a notification regarding the Annual Clearing Membership fees payable by the Clearing Members for the Financial Year 2026-27.

The following has been stated: -

•As per Securities and Exchange Board of India (Stock Brokers) Regulations, 2026, clearing members of Indian Clearing Corporation Limited across various segments must pay an annual membership fee of ₹50,000 plus GST for each financial year.

•However, this fee is not applicable separately for members in the debt segment if already paid under another segment. Including 18% GST, the total payable fee for FY 2026–27 is ₹59,000, which will be debited on April 22, 2026, from the settlement bank account. 

•Members must ensure sufficient funds are maintained to avoid default. 

•In case of delay or non-payment, an interest of 1% per month or part thereof will be charged.
