The Ministry of Finance (MoF) on April 08, 2026, issued a notification regarding an amendment in Anti-Dumping Duty notification on Industrial Laser Machines.
The following has been stated: -
•The Government of India has amended Notification No. 15/2023-Customs (ADD) concerning anti-dumping duty on industrial laser machines imported from China PR.
•This follows a recommendation by DGTR to update the name of a producer without any structural or ownership change.
•The producer name has been revised from “Bystronic (Shenzhen) Laser Technology Co., Ltd” to “DNE LASER (Guangdong) Co., Ltd.”
•The amendment applies specifically to the relevant entry in the existing anti-dumping duty notification table.
