EHS Compliance The Animal Husbandry & Dairying Department, Haryana on April 06, 2026, issued the notification to declare District Kaithal as “Controlled Area”

This is for the effective prevention and control of Glanders Disease, a complete prohibition is hereby imposed on the transport, entry, exit, and movement of all equine species – including horses, donkeys, mules, and ponies.

This is in force with April 06, 2026.
