The Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) on April 10, 2026, issued Downward Rate Revision of Items under DGESIC RC-165, 166 and 167 in r/o M/s Novartis Healthcare Private Limited.
The amendment may please be noted in r/o following items of M/s. Novartis Healthcare Private Limited provided in the Table.
The drugs shall continue to adhere to composition, strength, standards and packing a approved under the respective DGESIC Rate Contract & conform to the standards and specifications as per the Drug & Cosmetic Act and/or any amendments thereof.
All DDOs are advised to recover the excess amount paid to the firm (i.e. difference in rates to be deducted for the Supply orders placed on/after 10.03.2026) from their subsequent bills submitted by the firms and maintain records of the same.
