The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), on April 10, 2026, introduced multiple digital platforms aimed at improving efficiency, transparency, and regulatory processes. These include SUPCOMS (Single Universal Platform for Communications), an e-adjudication portal, and Cyber-Sec Audit Compliance (C-SAC), each designed to modernize interaction and supervision of market participants.
The SUPCOMS platform replaces traditional email-based communication with a centralized system available on SEBI’s eServices portal. It ensures better tracking, audit trails, and institutional memory, enabling seamless and transparent communication between SEBI and external entities. The e-adjudication portal digitizes quasi-judicial proceedings by allowing entities to access notices, submit replies, request hearings, and participate in proceedings online, promoting a paperless and faster adjudication framework.
Additionally, the C-SAC platform leverages AI to analyse cybersecurity audit reports submitted by regulated entities. It helps identify compliance gaps, risk areas, and provides risk scoring, thereby strengthening SEBI’s risk-based supervision. These initiatives collectively reinforce SEBI’s focus on technology-driven regulation and ease of doing business.
