Secretarial ComplianceThe Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on April 10, 2026, issued a compliance notice imposing financial disincentives on trading members for failure to upload correct TWS/ETI/BOLTPLUS terminal location details for March 2026. The Exchange reiterated earlier notices mandating proper registration and accurate reporting of terminal locations before order execution.

The Exchange identified instances where trades were executed from unregistered or incorrectly registered locations, based on daily extranet files. Such instances attract a financial disincentive of ₹1,000 per occurrence, and the charges for March 2026 have been compiled in the file (LCS0226.xxxx), made available in the Equity Transaction Folder.

The applicable charges will be debited after 60 days from the date of notice. Members may seek waiver or review as per prescribed procedure via email. All trading members are advised to ensure strict compliance by updating terminal location details before placing orders to avoid penalties.
