The National Commodity & Derivatives Exchange Limited (NCDEX) on April 10, 2026, issued a reminder to its members regarding submission of details related to Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) systems used during the financial year ending March 31, 2026. This follows its earlier circular dated March 30, 2026, prescribing reporting requirements.
Members who are not registered with the National Stock Exchange (NSE) are required to submit AI/ML-related information directly to NCDEX through the prescribed process. However, members registered with NSE are required to submit such details only to NSE and are exempt from separate submission to NCDEX.
All applicable members must complete the submission through the NCFE portal under Compliance → AI/ML module on or before April 15, 2026. The Exchange has clarified that the submission window will remain open only until the due date, and members are advised to ensure timely compliance.
