Industry Specific ComplianceThe Government of Maharashtra, on April 8, 2026, issued a resolution fixing incidental charges for procurement of pulses and oilseeds under the Minimum Support Price (MSP) Scheme for the 2025–26 season. The procurement is carried out through nodal agencies like NAFED and NCCF.

The resolution supersedes the earlier order dated March 16, 2026, and standardizes incidental expenses across the State to ensure uniformity. A total rate of ₹55 per quintal has been approved, covering costs such as bag marking, stitching, labour, loading, unloading, stacking, internal transportation, and other handling charges.

These approved rates will be applicable for the Kharif marketing season 2025–26, and payments for such incidental expenses will be made by the nodal agencies (NAFED/NCCF) to concerned stakeholders. The decision ensures transparency and consistency in procurement-related expenses across different districts.
