Labour ComplianceThe Labour and Skill Department, Govt. of Kerala on March 20, 2026, issued the Kerala Headload Workers Welfare Board Employees Contributory Provident Fund (Amendment) Rules, 2026, further to amend the Kerala Headload Workers Welfare Board Employees Contributory Provident Fund Rules, 1995.

The following has been stated:

• It shall be deemed to have come into force on April 01, 2004.

• It states that in clause (b) of sub-rule (1) of rule 9, for the figure and symbol "8%", the figure and symbol "12% " shall be substituted.
