Industry Specific Compliance The Government of Rajasthan on April 01, 2026, issued notification regarding amendments in notification No. F.4(62)FD/EX/96 Dated 31-03-1997 for Fifty percent exemption in excise duty for first two months for micro brewery.

The Government hereby exempts fifty percent of the Excise Duty payable under this department's notification number F.4(62)FD/Ex/96 dated 31-03-1997, as amended from time to time, for the first two months from the date of issue of Microbrewery licence.

This shall have effect from April 01, 2026.
