Secretarial ComplianceThe National Commodity Clearing Limited (NCCL) on April 13, 2026, issued a circular regarding the Master Circular - Collateral Formats.

The following has been stated: -

•NSE Clearing Limited has issued a Master Circular consolidating all collateral-related circulars up to March 31, 2026, for easy reference. 

•It clarifies that in case of any inconsistency, the original circulars will override the Master Circular. 

•Actions taken under revised or rescinded processes will be deemed valid under the corresponding provisions of this Master Circular. 

•Rights, obligations, liabilities, penalties, and ongoing proceedings under earlier circulars remain unaffected despite rescission. 

•The circular is issued under Bye-law 6.4 of NCCL, and members, along with clients, are advised to take note of the same.
