Secretarial ComplianceThe National Commodity & Derivatives Exchange Limited (NCDEX) on April 13, 2026, notified regarding the Liquidity Enhancement Scheme in Guar Seed Options on Futures Contracts.

The following has been stated:

• The Exchange has introduced a revised Liquidity Enhancement Scheme (LES) for Guar Seed Options on Futures Contracts to promote market participation and improve liquidity. Under this scheme, interested participants can apply for the role of Designated Market Maker (DMM) by submitting bids in the prescribed format between April 14, 2026, and April 17, 2026 (till 5:00 PM).

• It will select one DMM through a competitive bidding process, and the selected entity will continue in the role for the duration of the scheme, subject to fulfilling all obligations. Applications shall be submitted as per Annexure II, and the evaluation of bids will be carried out based on a grading system specified in Annexure I.

• It also reserves the right to modify or discontinue the scheme with 15 days’ prior notice, ensuring flexibility in implementation.
