The National Commodity & Derivatives Exchange Limited (NCDEX), on April 13, 2026, issued a Master Circular consolidating all applicable circulars relating to member cyber security compliance that were in force up to March 31, 2026, to provide a single reference framework for members.
The circular clarifies that in case of any inconsistency between this Master Circular and the original circulars, the provisions of the original applicable circular shall prevail, ensuring continuity and correct interpretation of regulatory requirements.
It further states that all past actions, rights, liabilities, penalties, and ongoing or future proceedings under earlier or revised/rescinded circulars shall remain valid and unaffected, deeming them to have been undertaken under the corresponding provisions of this Master Circular.
