The Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) on April 10, 2026, notified the date of establishment and withdrawal of the Indian Standards related to Cardiovascular Surgery Instruments.
In the following Indian Standards particulars, the Dates of Establishment shall be March 30, 2026 -
• IS 8317 : 2026 Cardiovascular Surgery Instruments — Angled Vascular Clamps — Specification (Second Revision).
• IS 16783 : 2026 IEC 61914 : 2021 Cable Cleats for Electrical Installations (First Revision).
• IS 17039 : 2026 IEC 61316 : 2021 Industrial Cable Reels (First Revision).
In the following Indian Standards particulars, the Date of Withdrawal shall be September 30, 2026: -
• IS 8317 : 1991 Cardiovascular Surgery Instruments — Clamps, Vascular, Angled at 45˚ — Shape and Dimensions (First Revision).
• IS 16783 : 2018 IEC 61914 : 2015 Cable Cleats for Electrical Installations.
• IS 17039 : 2018 IEC 61316 : 1999 Industrial Cable Reels.
