The Rajasthan State Pollution Control Board (RSPCB) on March 30, 2026, issued extension of Deadline for Conversion of Batch Type Tyre Pyrolysis Units to Continuous Type till June 30, 2026.
The Rajasthan State Pollution Control Board (RSPCB) has extended the deadline for conversion of existing batch type tyre pyrolysis units to continuous type tyre pyrolysis units from March 31, 2026 to June 30, 2026. This is the second extension granted, following the original deadline of December 31, 2025 set vide Office Order dated August 17, 2023, which was first extended to March 31, 2026 in December 2025. All existing batch type tyre pyrolysis units are required to obtain fresh Consent to Establish and Consent to Operate from the State Board for the continuous type plant by June 30, 2026.
