Commercial Compliance The Commerce & Transport Department, Odisha on March 31, 2026, issued a notification under Para 11.5 of the Odisha Electric Vehicle Policy, 2021, regarding the extension of the policy’s validity.

The notification states that the Government has extended the validity period of the Odisha Electric Vehicle Policy, 2021, which was earlier set to expire, in order to continue promoting electric mobility and related incentives in the state.

Accordingly, the policy shall now remain in force up to June 30, 2026.
