EHS Compliance The Government of Uttar Pradesh on February 25, 2026, issued the amendment to the older notification no. 24/81-5–2020-07-93, dated January 7, 2020, under the Uttar Pradesh Protections of Trees Act, 1976.

In the aforesaid notification, in paragraph-2 for the date "31st December, 2025", the date "31st December, 2027" shall be substituted.

All other terms and conditions shall remain unchanged.
