Industry Specific ComplianceThe Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT), on April 15, 2026, issued a policy circular providing clarification on eligibility under Component II of the Resilience & Logistics Intervention for Export Facilitation (RELIEF) scheme under the Export Promotion Mission (EPM).

The circular clarifies that exporters who obtain a new ECGC Whole Turnover Policy for the first time on or after March 16, 2026, shall also be eligible for benefits under Component II, which supports exporters availing ECGC credit insurance for shipments to affected Gulf and West Asia regions.
