On April 15, 2026, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry launched a new, modern, and fully compliant website for the Department of Commerce (DoC). Built as per DBIM 3.0 and GIGW standards, the platform aims to improve service delivery for exporters, importers, and other stakeholders by offering easy, seamless access to trade-related information. A bilingual mobile application (Android and iOS) has also been introduced, featuring offline access and GPS functionality.
The initiative focuses on enhancing transparency, efficiency, and ease of doing business in foreign trade, aligning with India’s broader e-Governance vision. Ongoing maintenance provisions ensure the platform remains secure, scalable, and continuously updated.
