The Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL) on April 16, 2026, issued a notification regarding the submission / Dissemination of DP Tariff / Charge Structure to CDSL every year
The following has been stated: -
•CDSL has reminded DPs to mandatorily submit their tariff/charge structure annually by April 30, 2026, through the ‘easiest’ login portal.
•The procedure involves logging into the CDSL website, updating or confirming tariff details under “Create/Modify Tariff,” and submitting the same online.
•DPs must also email a PDF copy of the tariff structure to CDSL with a prescribed file naming format, even if there is no change in the tariff.
•Both DPs and their branch DPs are required to ensure timely compliance with these submission requirements.
•Failure to submit or delay in submission will attract a penalty of ₹500 as per CDSL guidelines.
