The Indian Clearing Corporation Limited (ICCL) on April 16, 2026, issued a notification regarding the submission of the Half-yearly Networth Certificate as on March 31, 2026.
The following has been stated: -
•Clearing Members of the Indian Clearing Corporation Limited (ICCL) who have selected ICCL as their Designated Clearing Corporation are required to submit a half-yearly net worth certificate as of March 31, 2026, in the prescribed format.
•The net worth must be computed as the higher of Base Net Worth or Variable Net Worth in accordance with the SEBI (Stockbrokers) Regulations, 2026.
•Members must upload the required documents through the IEFS portal by May 31, 2026, and are advised to refer to the relevant ICCL notice and annexures for detailed guidelines and consequences of non-compliance.
