The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) on April 16, 2026, issued a circular regarding clarification on the eligibility of the new ECGC Whole Turnover Policy under Component II of the Resilience & Logistics Intervention for Export Facilitation (RELIEF) under Export Promotion Mission (EPM).
The following has been stated: -
•The Government operationalized the RELIEF scheme under the Export Promotion Mission through Notification No. 65/2025–26 dated March 19, 2026.
•Under Component II, support is provided to exporters who obtain ECGC credit insurance for shipments to affected Gulf and West Asia regions.
•It has been clarified that exporters who obtain a new ECGC Whole Turnover Policy for the first time on or after March 16, 2026, are also eligible for benefits under this component.
•All other provisions of the original notification remain unchanged.
