The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on April 17, 2026, issued the notification regarding the Mock Trading on Saturday, April 18, 2026, for Equity Derivatives segment.
The following has been stated namely: -
• A mock trading session for the Equity Derivatives segment will be held on Saturday, April 18, 2026 from Primary (PR) and Disaster Recovery (DR) sites.
• Members can test trading applications (via ETI APIs, third-party or in-house systems) including scenarios like risk-reduction mode and trading halts.
• Includes login, pre-open sessions (order entry, matching, buffer), continuous trading in PR and DR, switchover period, and trade modification at 02:00 PM.
• Trades executed during the mock session will not attract margin requirements or pay-in/pay-out obligations and will not create any rights or liabilities.
• Members are encouraged to actively participate and submit feedback by 3:00 PM to help enhance system efficiency and performance.
