The Himachal Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (HPERC) on April 10, 2026, issued the Himachal Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) (Second Amendment) Regulations, 2026, further to amend the Himachal Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2024.
This shall take effect from April 13, 2026.
The following has been amended in the Schedule appended:
• in item 3, in sub-item (b), after clause (iii), a new clause (iv) shall be inserted, namely - “(iv) above 25 MW. — same fee as specified against item 3(a) above.”;
• in item 17, in column 4, for the figures and signs “10,000/-”, the figures and signs “15,000/-” shall be substituted; and
• in item 20, in column 4, for the figures and signs, “40,000/-”, the figures and signs “50,000/” shall be substituted.
