The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on April 17, 2026, notified regarding the Risk-Based Supervision (RBS) - Submission of information for the period April 01, 2025, to March 31, 2026.
The following has been stated:
• Trading members are required to submit Risk-Based Supervision (RBS) data for FY 2025–26 by May 31, 2026, through the BEFS portal (electronic mode only). The requirement is mandatory for all active members, and the data will be shared with the Securities and Exchange Board of India.
• Non-submission or delay will attract daily monetary penalties, restrictions on new client onboarding, and eventual disablement of trading facilities across segments if delays persist beyond specified timelines.
