Finance & Taxation ComplianceThe Ministry of Finance (MoF) on April 17, 2026, issued an amendment to the earlier anti-dumping notification on imports of certain flat-rolled aluminium products from China.

It has amended Notification No. 68/2021-Customs (ADD) dated December 06, 2021, which had imposed anti-dumping duty on certain flat rolled aluminium products imported from China. This amendment follows the revised final findings of the DGTR dated December 10, 2025, issued pursuant to the Delhi High Court’s order dated July 07, 2025.

As per the amendment, Lithograde Aluminium Coils of width above 1150 mm have been excluded from the scope of the product under consideration. Accordingly, a new exclusion entry has been inserted in the notification, and such goods will no longer attract anti-dumping duty.
