Secretarial ComplianceThe National Stock Exchange (NSE) on April 17, 2026, issued circular on Risk Based Supervision (RBS) - Submission of information for the period April 01, 2025 – March 31, 2026 (Financial Year ended March - 2026).

Members are required to submit Risk Based Supervision (RBS) data for the period April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026 through the Inspection module on the Member portal by May 31, 2026. The required details are provided in Annexure A.

To ease compliance, certain data points will be sourced directly by the Exchange or through existing regulatory submissions, as outlined in Annexure B. Members must ensure timely submission and regular updates of all required information.

Submission of RBS data is mandatory for all active members who have executed at least one trade during the period. The data will be shared with SEBI, and non-submission or delayed submission will attract disciplinary action as specified by the Exchange.
