The University Grants Commission (UGC) on April 17, 2026, issued a notification regarding submission for proposals for Skilling, Upskilling, and Reskilling under the National Green Hydrogen Mission (NGHM).
The following has been stated: -
•The Ministry of New and Renewable Energy invites proposals under the National Green Hydrogen Mission (NGHM) to develop skilling, upskilling, and reskilling capacity.
•The initiative aims to build national-level training through State institutions, Centres of Excellence, and accredited centres.
•Guidelines and submission details are available on the MNRE website.
•Eligible Higher Education Institutions are encouraged to participate and submit high-quality proposals to the designated email contacts.
