The Government of Himachal Pradesh on February 21, 2026, issued the Door-to-Door Garbage Collection and Disposal bye - laws 2026 of Special Area Development Authority Manikaran.
The following has been stated namely: -
• This shall apply to Special Area Manikaran
• The Management of Municipal Solid waste has been stated in the bye-laws
• The provisions regarding the Municipal Solid Waste Collection and Transportation has been stated in Chapter III of the Bye-laws.
• The provisions regarding the Municipal Solid Waste Processing & Disposal has been stated in Chapter IV of the Bye-laws.
This shall come into force on February 21, 2026.
