The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on April 21, 2026, issued a notification regarding the submission of the Half-yearly Networth Certificate as on March 31, 2026.
The following has been stated: -
•All Exchange members must maintain a minimum Networth at all times and submit a Networth certificate half-yearly.
•Trading Members must submit the Networth certificate and computation as of March 31, 2026, by May 31, 2026.
•Members registered with NSE should submit only to NSE, while exclusive BSE members must submit to BSE.
•Non-compliance or shortfall may lead to disciplinary action; formats and computation guidelines are provided in annexures.
