The National Commodity & Derivatives Exchange Limited (NCDEX) on April 20, 2026, issued a circular regarding Risk-Based Supervision - Submission of Information for the period April 01, 2025, to March 31, 2026.
The following has been stated: -
•Members must submit Risk-Based Assessment (RBS) data for April 01, 2025, to March 31, 2026, via the NOSS portal by May 31, 2026. Securities and Exchange Board of India mandates this submission, with details provided in Annexure A, while some data will be sourced internally as per Annexure B.
•Submission is compulsory for all active Exchange members, including those with even a single trade during the period.
•The Exchange will share the collected data with SEBI, and a separate circular will outline the submission procedure.
•Non-submission or delay may attract disciplinary action as specified in Annexure C, so members must ensure timely compliance.
