Commercial Compliance The Government of Kerala on March 21, 2026, issued the Kerala Foreign Liquor (Approval of Label) (Amendment) Rules, 2026, to further amend the Kerala Foreign Liquor (Approval of Label) Rules, 2018.

The following has been stated namely: -

• In sub rule (3) of rule 4, for the words “for use of the Defence Service Personnel only” the words “FOR SALE TO DEFENCE SERVICE PERSONNEL ONLY” shall be substituted.

This shall come into force on March 21, 2026.
