class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">The National Commodity Clearing Limited (NCCL) on April 22, 2026, issued circular on Submission of Half Yearly Net worth Certificate as on March 31, 2026.
The circular reminds Clearing Members (TCMs, STCMs, and PCMs) to comply with SEBI regulations regarding net worth reporting requirements. Members must submit their half-yearly Networth Certificate as of March 31, 2026, along with the computation statement based on unaudited financials, by May 31, 2026.
All submissions must be made electronically through the NCFE portal, and no physical copies are to be submitted. The net worth calculation must follow the revised standards prescribed in the 2023 NCCL circular, which clarified the SEBI (Stock Brokers) Amendment Regulations, 2022.
Further, members are required to maintain and report the higher of Base Networth or Variable Networth, as mandated by SEBI. Detailed computation methods, submission formats, and penalties for non-compliance are provided in the annexures, and members must ensure full adherence to these regulatory requirements.
