The Multi-Commodity Exchange of India Ltd. (MCX) on April 23, 2026, issued a circular regarding a Mock Trading Session on Saturday, April 25, 2026.
The following has been stated: -
•The Exchange has scheduled a mock trading session on Saturday, April 25, 2026, with a special session from 12:55 pm to 12:59 pm followed by mock trading from 01:00 pm to 03:00 pm.
•Members, especially those using CTCL, are encouraged to participate using the MCX Enhanced Trading Interface (ETI) API version 1.4.2 and test their systems, including from Disaster Recovery sites.
•Connectivity will be available through existing leased lines to the DC site or via SSL VPN using live credentials. Detailed connectivity and default password information are provided in Annexures 1 and 2.
•Trades executed during the mock session will not result in any pay-in or pay-out obligations, and members must restore systems to production state post-session.
