The Department of Finance, Goa, on April 23, 2026, issued a notification regarding the extension of the GSTR-3B due date.
The following has been stated: -
•The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs has extended the due date for filing GSTR-3B for March 2026 under the Goa GST Act, 2017.
•The new deadline for registered taxpayers is April 21, 2026.
•This extension is issued on the recommendations of the GST Council under Section 39(6) of the Act.
This notification shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from April 20, 2026.
