The Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) on April 22, 2026, issued a notification regarding Rate Contract Amendment & Correction.
The following has been stated: -
•The Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) issued a corrigendum to amend and correct DG-ESIC Rate Contract Nos. 165–169.
•An amendment revises the packing details for Lactulose syrup supplied by Wings Biotech LLP to a 100 ml bottle instead of 200 ml.
•A correction updates the name of the approved firm for Paracetamol Injection to JB Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals Ltd.
•All other terms and conditions of the original rate contracts remain unchanged.
•This corrigendum forms an integral part of the original contracts and is issued with the approval of the competent authority.
