The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) on April 23, 2026, issued an amendment to the older notification no. 12/97-Customs (N.T.) dated April 02, 1997, of the Ministry of Finance related to ICD Bihta.
The following has been stated:
• In the said notification, in the Table, against serial number 10 relating to the State of Rajasthan, for the words, letters, and bracket, “(x) Kishangarh” read, “(xi) Kishangarh”.
• In the said notification, in the Table, against serial number 10 relating to the State of Rajasthan, in column (3) and (4), after item (xi) in column (3) and the entries relating thereto in column (4), the following item and entries shall be inserted, namely: “(xii) Village Hirnoda, Jaipur - Unloading of imported goods and the loading of export goods or any class of such goods.”
