The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on April 24, 2026, notified regarding the Submission of Half yearly Networth Certificate as on March 31, 2026 (Revised Annexure).
All Clearing Members are required to submit the Half-Yearly Net Worth Certificate as of March 31, 2026, by May 31, 2026. The submission must be made in the revised prescribed format provided in the enclosed annexure.
Members are advised to refer to the earlier ICCL notice dated April 16, 2026, for detailed guidance. Timely compliance with the submission requirement is essential to meet regulatory obligations.
